Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:

Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at customerservice@lausaint.com to start the return process.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization:
- If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Costs:
- For returns due to a change of mind (e.g., you do not like the product), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Send the Item:
- Use the provided shipping label and follow the instructions to return the item.
- Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping costs.
Additional Information:
- Returned items must be shipped back within the 30-day return window.
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
